I am not happy with the work completed. What should I do?

If the provider did not complete your order according to their statement of work outlined in their quote, please click on the blue 'Reactivate this order' button located on the top right of the order page. First post a message explaining to the provider why the project is not complete.  Then, please contact your Sourcing Manager or Science Exchange Support for immediate assistance at [email protected] or (855) 467-2439.
