There are two ways to communicate with a service provider on Science Exchange.
- Visit your order page via your Dashboard. Enter your message in the Post a message box, then click on the blue 'Send Message' button. When a message is posted to the order page, you will be notified by Science Exchange via email.
- You may also reply-to the "New Message Received..." email notification from your inbox. Your message will be posted on the order page on Science Exchange without you having to visit the website.
We strongly recommend that any off-platform communication via phone or email is recapped on the order page, especially if changes to the Statement of Work were discussed. The order page is a historical timeline that tracks any change requests or amendments to the project. It allows Science Exchange to support you, and in the rare event of a dispute, arbitrate between you and the service provider.
