There are two ways to communicate with a service provider on Science Exchange:
- Visit your order page via your Dashboard. Enter your message in the Type a message box, then click on the green 'Post' button. When a message is posted to the order page, you will be notified via email by Science Exchange.
- You may also reply-to the "Please respond: New Message Received on..." email notification right from your inbox. When you send your email, your message will be posted on the order page on Science Exchange.
We strongly recommend that any off-platform communication via phone or email is recapped on the order page, especially if changes to the Statement of Work were discussed. The order page is a historical timeline that tracks any change requests or amendments to the project. It allows Science Exchange to support you, and in the rare event of a dispute, arbitrate between you and the service provider.
