9. Now that the service provider has completed my order, what do I do?

Once the service provider has completed your order, please review your deliverables within 10 business days and click on the green 'Confirm Completion' button.



Your payment is due to Science Exchange as stated in your invoice. Please visit your order page's Billing tab for payment instructions.


If the service provider did not complete your order according to the statement of work outlined in their quote, please click on the blue 'Reactivate This Order' button on the order page. Then, please contact your Sourcing Manager or Science Exchange Support for immediate assistance at [email protected] or (855) 467-2439.
