9. Now that the service provider completed my order, what do I do?

Once the service provider marks your order complete, please review your deliverables within 10 business days and click on the green 'Mark Complete' button.

Your payment is due to Science Exchange 30 days after the order completion date per our Net-30 payment term. Please visit your order page's Payments tab for payment instructions.

If the service provider did not complete your order according to the statement of work outlined in their quote, please click on the grey 'Order Not Complete' button on the order page. Then, please contact your Customer Success Manager or Science Exchange Support for immediate assistance at support@scienceexchange.com or (855) 467-2439.
